Abstract：Nanjie Village，a common village at central Henan Province before1980，has risen through developing collective economy after 1990，thus finishedthe historical transformation from traditional village to industrialized one，andsocial structure become more differentiated and constituted village-hold systemto protect its own interests from the traditional ones and to integrate its innerorder.The system has developed to a integrated system related to wage，social welfare，labor ，education ，medical care and even daily life such as marriage and mourning.Such system thus has instituted community and village status identification andthe base of the social stratification.This system is the production of such specialsocial base as totally collective economy and the welfare system based on it inthe People‘s Commune System period.Because collective economy-based welfare systemnormed the villagers’thought as well as“ensuring”their daily life，the villagershad to depend on the system.
