卷烟加料工序中香味成分变化的应用研究

【摘 要】应用同时蒸馏萃取、气相色谱仪和气相色谱/质谱联用仪，对卷烟制丝加料工序中挥发性、半挥发性香味物质的变化进行研究，对加料工序中三个参数回风温度、滚筒转速和热风风量进行优化，得出较佳的参数水平，即回风温度为58℃、滚筒转速为35HZ和热风风量为15HZ。

Abstract The qualitative and quantitative analysis of volatile and semi-volatile flavor constituents in Casing of Cigarette manufacturing procedure were performed by Simultaneous Distillation Equipment(SDE)，GC and GC/MS. Combining with smoking quality of tobacco, the processing parameters of Casing can be optimized，and the preferred processing parameters of Casing were obtained, which were reverting temperature 58℃、roller speed 35HZ and hot wind 15HZ.
