对气相色谱同步测定烟碱水分操作的探讨

【摘 要】通过改换检测烟碱用的色谱柱，使用“流量调节阀”分流汽化样品并调节分流比，以及其它的一些手段，改进了用于总粒相物样品烟碱和水分定量分析的气相色谱检测法。按照新方法操作HP GC6890，可以在4分钟内完成一个样品烟碱和水分的检测，且两成分的校正曲线相关系数R > 0.9995。新的方法操作简便、快捷，准确性良好，并适用于许多其它样品的双成分的同时分析。

THE STUDY OF USING GAS CHROMATOGARPHY TO DETERMINE NICOTINE AND WATER TOGETHER

Operating HP GC6890 according to the new method, the test of determining nicotine and water can be completed within 4 minutes, and the regression correlation is more than 0.9995. The new method is simple, rapid and accurate. It also can be applied to other samples in two components being analysed together.
