密集烤房改进及应用效果

摘要：本文介绍了三明烟区目前推广的密集烤房的基本结构、供热系统、烘烤技术操作三方面的改进，总结了其应用效果及在烘烤过程中出现的一些问题，并探讨了今后的研究方向。应用结果表明该类型烤房运行稳定、性能良好、供热能力强、热能利用率高、排湿顺畅、操作简便、省工节能效果明显，烤后烟叶质量和经济效益得到了显著提高。

Improvement of the bulk curing barn and its applied effects

Abstract: This study introduced the improvement of the bulk curing barns popularized in San Ming tobacco zone on basic structure, heat controlling system and curing operating technique; and summarized its applied effects and the problems existed in the curing process; then discussed the potential research direction. The applied effects showed those barns had good performance in different curing indexes and All these improvement promoted the tobacco quality and its economical benefit dramatically.
