| | 摘要：对烤烟K326品种上、中、下3个部位的烟草行业论文初熟、适熟和过熟鲜烟叶进行快速石蜡包埋切片，观察分析烟叶的烟草行业论文组织结构。结果表明：随着烟叶成熟度的提高，表皮细胞宽度、海绵组织厚度逐渐增加，栅栏组织厚/海绵组织厚(组织比)则逐渐减小；栅栏组织细胞间隙、海绵组织细胞间隙以适熟烟叶最大；栅栏组织厚、海绵组织厚与烟叶厚度均呈显著相关，相关系数分别为0.79和0.94。
