《周易》、金文“孝享”释义

摘要：《周易·萃卦·彖传》有“致孝享”一语，古今学人都把“孝”字理解为普通的孝道之孝，谓“孝享”为孝子之享。实未得古义。本文历考两周金文10余处“享孝”用例及30余例“孝”字用例，几乎无一例外都作祭祀讲。兹结合金文资料以及先秦早期文献，对“孝享”本义作出深入细致的考订。

A new interpretation of Zhi-xiao-xiang mentioned in the hexagram of Cui
Abstract: The Tuan (Judgment of the hexagrams) of the hexagram of Cui (萃) in Zhouyi mentioned a phrase of “Zhi-xiao-xiang” (致孝享). From the ancient time to nowadays, scholars always interpret the character of Xiao (孝) as filiality. In fact, they didn’t get its ancient meaning. This paper examined a dozen of examples of Xiang-xiao (孝享) over 30 examples of Xiao (孝) in the inscriptions on ancient bronze objects in the western and eastern Zhou dynasties, pointing out that Xiao meant offering sacrifices to gods or ancestors. Combining the inscriptions on ancient bronze and certain materials of the earlier pre-Qin period, this paper made a textual research on the original meaning of Xiao-xiang (孝享) in detail.
