工程管理专业中房地产类课程的教学与实践

内容提要: 随着中国市场经济体制的建立以及全球化的影响，中国房地产业对房地产专业人才、尤其是高层次专业人才的需求与日俱增。本文在回顾中国房地产专业教育发展历史、介绍工程管理专业中房地产类课程教学现状的基础上，结合清华大学工程管理专业房地产课程教学的实践，指出了影响中国房地产专业教育发展的问题，尤其是在学科设置上存在的矛盾。本文还从完善房地产专业教育，建设和发展房地产学料的角度出发，提出了妥善处理好与工程管理专业的关系、用发展的眼光和实事求是的态度来发展房地产专业教育、加强研究生层次的高级房地产专业人才培养、发展和规范房地产专业继续教育等建议。对房地产专业执业资格与国际互认问题，指出互认并不意味着我们的房地产教育已经与国际接轨，真正的接轨在于我们培养出的人才具有国际竞争力。

Abstract：With the development of market economy and trends globalization，there is an increasing needs for the highly educated personnel in Chinas real estate industry. Based on a historical review of real estate education in china，this paper provides you with a general picture of real estate education within the frame of construction management programs.In conjunction with the experiences in offering real estate couse in construction management programs.at tsinghua university，the author indicates that real estate and construction management are the two specialization with very different foundations，and the national codes of subject installment control policy are the key issues restricting the proper development of real estate education in china.In view of the future development of real estate education in china，we should pay a great attention for the differents of real estate and construction management .For the mutual recognition of accredited programs with overseas professional bodies in real estate and construction ，the author believes that it would be relatively easy to sign the agreement， but how to educate chinese students with international knowledge and experiences would be the key of this mutual recognition.
