【摘要】不同的理论观点，既影响着教育管理理论的研究，也会在管理实践中形成不同的管理模式和管理风格，也直接影响教育管理改革的发展方向。在当今世界，科学主义、西方人文主义和东方伦理主义形成了影响世界教育管理理论与实践的三种理论思潮。三种理论在相互攻讦、相互作用、相互对话的过程中，给教育管理带来了勃勃生机。三种理论思潮在理论和实践中的融合，已成为当代中国教育管理改革的一种理论导向。
