摘要：英语课程的目的之一就是激发和培养学生的学习兴趣。帮助学生树立自信心。形成有效的学习策略，养成良好的学习习惯，这就要求教师要优化教学，在课堂内外利用多种不同的手段和方法来激发学生的兴趣，使其主动积极参与，从而提高英语的实际运用能力。

abstract: one of the purposes of english course is to arouse and develop strudents’s interest. so students will be confident and they can form their study strategy and good habits. english teachers should improve teaching accordingly. teachers have to use various kinds of methods to stimulate students’s interest and enthusiasm in english learing in or afer class. then they will be active and improve their practical ability at last.
