【内容提要】WTO对中国的政治转型将产生重要影响。这种影响主要表现在对传统国家主权观念的冲击，对政府权力至上的限制，以及通过市场经济——非集权化过程对政府权力结构的调整。WTO的影响使中国政治转型的难点将提前到来，而“寻找另一条途径”以求突破社会主义政治改革的“瓶颈”，依然艰难。
【英文摘要】China's entrance of WTO will have a great impact on the change-over of her politics.It will challenge the traditional notions of national sovereignty and will demand the restriction of the powers of the government and the readjust of the power structures of the government through the process of non-centralization:the market economy.It will take a long way to solve these problems in socialist political reformations.
