浅谈医院管理人才队伍的建设

【摘要】 随着人类科技和国民经济的发展,尤其是我国城镇职工基本医疗保险制度、医疗机构和药品生产流通体制三项改革政策的出台,医院在医疗市场中的竞争越加激烈,医院如何在竞争中求得生存和发展,不仅取决于科技设备的优劣、服务质量的高低和医务人员的业务水平,更重要的是取决于医院管理水平的高低。作为现代医院,虽然在防病治病、救死扶伤等方面做出了很大的贡献。但随着时代的发展,传统的管理模式已经不再适应现代化医院的发展,要实现科学的高水平的医院管理,就必须培养和造就一支能够担当重任的、坚持“三个代表”要求的、高素质并且掌握现代管理理论的队伍,以适应新的形势,迎接新的挑战。 【关键词】 管理人才 职业化 现代医院 【Abstract】 With the development of human science and technology and the national economy,particularly carrying out of three reform policies i.e. the national citizen’s employee’s primary health insurance system,the reform of medical institutions,and the reform of drug manufacture and circulation system,hospitals have witnessed even heating competition in health market.Existence and development of hospitals in the competition is resided not only on the excellence of scientific equipment,the quality of service and the standard of professional skills of medical staff,but also on the level of hospital’s management which is a more important factor.Although hospitals have made great contributions to disease prevention and treatment as well as dealing the wounded and rescuing the dying,traditional management mode is no longer adapted to the development of modern hospital along with the changing era.To realize scientific and high-class hospital management,we must train and bring up a team that can undertake heavy tasks,persist in the requirements of “Three Representatives”,possess competence and grasp modern management theories in order to adapt to the new situation and face new challenges.
