【内容提要】人的解放与发展理论，是马克思主义理论的最高视角。马克思从人的社会关系出发，以人的劳动实践为基础，以辩证否定的分析方法为指导，提出了人的发展三个阶段的学说。本文对马克思的人的发展这一学说进行了解读和阐发。
【英文摘要】The theory of humans emancipation and development is ofthe highest level in Marxist theory.From the point of socialrelations, based on human beings practice of labor, and guided by the dialectical negative method of analysis, Marxraised the theory of the three stages in humans development. This article tries to expound and analyse the theory.
