内容提要：理性在现代思想的转型过程中倍受攻击，人们认为ratio（理性）只具有“计算”的含义，并因其技术化、制度化和僵化而多有批判。但实际上人们的“合理的”清理更多地具有浪漫主义特征，理性本来就具有技术、制度的含义，且并非是灾难的渊薮。技术、制度等对存在仍然具有相当大的作用，对“技术”的“无为”是应和了技术的本来意蕴。

Abstract: Rationality encountered a destructive attack for the reason of being regarded as a mere concept of “calculation”, and of its technicalizing and institutionalizing. Modern reflection on rationality is more romantic than reasonable, because rationality essentially contains the meaning of technique and institution, which bears a great function for being.
