【内容提要】树立当代中国马克思主义风险观，不断提高执政党抵御风险的能力，必须探索和遵循社会发展规律，深刻认识风险存在的客观性，借鉴各国学者“风险社会”研究的有益成果，继续深化当代中国风险研究；必须增强新时代的忧患意识，自觉防范风险，善于把危机转化为发展的契机；必须坚持以人为本，树立全面、协调、可持续的科学发展观，用“五个统筹”发展的办法应对发展进程中的风险。
【英文摘要】To cultivate Marxist attitude toward risks and continuously improve theruling Party's capacity of withstanding risks,it is necessary to explore and follow the contemporary global and Chinese social development law,fullyunderstand the objectivity of the risk-existence,benefit from theinstructive research results of “risky society”achieved by westernscholars and further deep the modern risk-study in China.It is necessary to strengthen the misery awareness in the new era,self-consciously preventrisks and be good at transforming crises into development opportunities.Wemust stick to the principle of orientation towards people,build up the full-scale,coordinated and sustainable development concept by adopting the “Five comprehensive”development methods to deal with the risks in the process of the development.
