试论民营企业的地位与作用

【摘要】改革开放以来，民营经济得到了大力发展，在国民经济发展中起到越来越重要的作用。但由于民营企业内外因素的影响，还存在一定的问题，影响了民营企业进一步的发展.本文就民营企业的现状、地位作用和发展问题作以研究，探求未来民营企业的发展对策。

Summary：With the reform open, the private capital economy gets to develop strongly, which is becoming more and more important function in national economy develop. However, because of the influence of the outside and inside factor, the private capital economy still has the certain problems, which affect the further development of the private capital economy. With investigating the present condition, the position function of the run by private capital and the development of the problem, the text fines out the countermeasures for the future of the run by private capital.
