| | 内容摘要：网上银行的金融专业毕业论文发展对各国银行监管提出了挑战，网上银行监管已经初步形成了一些可以值得借鉴的金融专业毕业论文国际经验。目前我国网上银行监管在取得初步成效的同时还存在着一些需要解决的重要问题。在有效借鉴国际经验，并结合我国国情的基础上，本文提出了改善我国网上银行监管实践的若干对策。
