农民“离村”的社会经济效应——以20世纪二三十年代为背景

【内容提要】本文以20世纪二三十年代为背景，概述农民“离村”的社会经济效应，认为，“离村”现象主要是农村经济衰退的产物。农民大量“离村”，对农村经济社会影响至巨：精壮劳动力流失“不仅减削生产力，而且失去优秀人才以为农村改进之基本”；造成耕地撂荒和“有地无粮”现象的严重化。尽管农民离村对农村社会经济不无小补，但总的来看，积极影响微乎其微。

【英文摘要】The article generalizes the social and economic effects of peasantsleaving homeby taking 1920s and 1930s as the background.It thinks that the phenomena of leaving home resulted from the rural economic recession.The most peasantsleaving homeaffect hugely the rural society and economy.The running off of strong labors not only weakened productive forces,but lost the fundamental power to improve the rural economy.It aggravated the phenomena of the land lying waste and there being land but no gains.Though the peasantsleaving homedid a little use to rural society and economy in general,the active effects are unworthy of mentioning.
