明清徽州乡（村）规民约论纲

[摘 要]明清时期微州的乡(村)规民约，作为某一特定乡村地域范围内，由一定组织、人群共同商议制定的某一共同地域组织或人群在一定时间内共同遵守的自我管理、自我服务、自我约束的共同规则，其内容极其丰富，类型异常繁夥，地域特色十分鲜明。这些乡(村)规民约事实上就是明清时期徽州乡村社会的习惯法。它起到了维持徽州乡村社会既定秩序、维系国家与乡村社会的联系，进而维护乡村社会稳定的重要作用。

An Outline of Folk Regulations in Huizhou During Ming and Qing Dynasties
Abstract: Folk regulations in Huizhou during Ming and Qing dynasties served as the common regulations ob- served by the group of people living in the same specific rural area. The regulations were formulated through discus- sion hy a group of oraganized people who hved in the same rural. These regulations had rich contents and various kinds, which aeturally were folk common law in Huizhou rural areas. These rural regulations played an important role in acting as the link between government and villages and in keeping the order, the stability of the rural areas in Huizhou.
