| | ——游牧和传统农耕蒙古族“水”的社会实践论文利用与地域社会
【内容提要】“水与文化多样性”的社会实践论文课题，已经成为全球社会从不同学科和视角所关注的热点之一。而对于中国这一多民族的国家而言，水的利用和开发体现了丰富的文化多样性的内涵，同时也在某一侧面反映了国家、社会和个人之间的内在关系。本文选择笔者曾经调查的不同地区蒙古族的事例为中心，在“公”与“私”的框架下，考察蒙古族社会对水的利用的传统以及和地域社会的关系，同时也对来自外部的力量对这一社会的一些负面的影响作了探讨。并指出特别是在蒙汉等民族共居的社区中，水的利用和治理也反映了民族间的关系。
