高大工业厂房控制焊烟的通风方案比较

简介： 高大工业厂房控制焊烟传统的通风方式是局部通风或局部通风与全面通风的结合。由于空间高大，传统的通风方式势必存在通风量大、运行费用高的缺点。本文以某一焊接车间为例，采用全面通风和吹吸式通风两种方案分别对焊烟进行控制，探讨吹吸式通风在高大空间厂房应用的优越性。

Comparing the Ventilation Methods of Controlling Welding Fume in Large Workshop
Abstract The traditional ventilation method of controlling welding fume in large workshop is the combination of partial ventilation and general ventilation . Because the space is very large ,the traditional ventilation method has some demerits , such as the large ventilation volume and high running cost . In this article , taking an welding workshop as an example , the author use two ventilation methods of general ventilation and push-pull ventilation to control welding fume , and study the merits of push-pull ventilation in controlling welding fume of large workshop .
