地热—热泵供暖自控系统分析

摘要:本文主要对北京40万平米某小区采用地热-热泵供暖自控系统进行了介绍,并阐述了整个系统稳定、高效、合理、节能运行的控制原则,分析了问题的解决方法,提出了与传统以室外温度为函数控制供回水的思路不同的模型预测控制及最小二乘法寻优保证舒适度和运行成本最低的控制方法,对地热—热泵供热自控系统的设计与调试有重要的参考价值。 关键词:地热 热 自动控制 Abstract:The geothermy- heat pump heating automation system , which was used in 400,000 m2 area in Beijing, is introduced in the article. It expatiates the control principle to keep the system stable, effective, reasonable and saving energy sources. It also analyses the solution of the special control,. Instead of conventionally controlling either the supply or the return flow temperature in function of outdoor temperature, the new approach delivers the model predictive control and optimization to keep the comfort and the lowest cost. It has high reference value to design and debug the control system of geothermy- heat pump heating system .
