万家寨引黄工程南干线7#隧洞存在的缺陷和处理措施

摘要：文中对万家寨引黄工程南干线7#输水隧洞在缺陷处理前存在的渗漏、洞段不均匀沉陷等进行了简单的介绍，对缺陷处理所采用的管片纵缝接缝灌浆、豆砾石回填及固结灌浆、安装锚杆等处理措施进行了详细的介绍。详细叙述了富水段和高外水段、F65和F74断层及影响加固2处缺陷处理比较成功的案例。在经过缺陷施工处理后，经过2次试通水表明，处理效果显著，达到了预期的目标。

Abstract: The article directed some questions about the leakage、 the hole section unequal settlement and so on in the south of the Yellow-river project to Wanjiazhai the skeleton line 7# water-carrying tunnel．Used the part of the work under jurisdiction longitudinal seal joint grouting、 the pea gravel backfill to flaw processing and solidifies processing measure and so on the grouting、installment anchor rod，it had carried on the detailed introduction. It detail narrated the successful case of the flaw about the many water holes section and the high head holes section and thecommunications water flaw of the fault and the influence reinforces about the F65 and the F74 holes section. After process flawconstruction processing, passes through two times of test to indicate that the processing effect was remarkable and it had achieved the anticipated goal.
