摘要：本文首先阐述了小区园林存在的价值及其含义。主要对成都市住宅小区园林现状作了调查，分析了市民选择居住环境时小区园林状况占有越来越明显的位置和小区园林建设存在的一些不可忽视的问题，提出了诸多改善措施。

Abstract: The value and meaning of the existence of residential garden was elaborated. After analyzing the condition of residential gardens , residential garden become one of most important factors in citizen’s purchasing commercial house. At the same time, it found that some urgent problems in the community construction. To meet the need of the citizen and improve the environment of city, the paper puts forwards many methods to cope with the problems listed in the paper and meliorate the current condition.
