干旱胁迫对臭椿幼苗生长与生理的影响

摘要:臭椿在园林绿化中是不可缺少的树种之一,本文采用一年生臭椿播种苗为试验材料,在田间设置不同的土壤相对含水量梯度,研究一年生臭椿播种苗及生理指标的动态变化。结果表明:臭椿幼苗在干旱胁迫下,RWC、叶绿素含量均成下降趋势,叶片质膜透性、SOD活性、POD活性、MDA含量均增大,随着干旱胁迫时间的延长,臭椿幼苗的几项生理指标所受的影响程度也加重。 关键词:干旱胁迫 生长 生理特性 耐旱性 ABSTRAC:One year old seeding of Ailanthus altissima were grown in field under different drought stress—levels have been measured and analysed.The effect of drought stress treatment on SOD activity,POD activity,MDA contents,leaf ceel permeability membrane permeability and seedling growth of Ailanthus altissima were drawn as follows with the delay of the treatment time,RWC,chlorophyll content reduced;membrane permeability,SOD activity,POD activity,MDA content all increased.At the same time,the influence degree of this physiological index is aggravated.
