美国绿色壁垒对中国农产品出口的影响及对策

摘要：绿色壁垒是产生于20世纪80年代的一种非关税壁垒，是当今世界许多国家用以限制他国向本国出口产品的一种主要措施，本文着重阐述了绿色壁垒的含义、形成原因，揭示了绿色壁垒主要表现形式和显性特征；通过对美国绿色壁垒体系和中国农产品出口状况的介绍，进一步分析了中美农产品贸易摩擦的状况、特点，分析了中国农产品出口的比较优势和美国影响中国农产品出口的主要绿色壁垒形式与种类。最后文章就当前我国农产品如何突破美国的绿色壁垒提出了对策，即主要从政府行为和企业行为两方面实施。

[Title] Influence and countermeasure that U.S.A.'s green barrier exports to Chinese agricultural products
[Abstract] The green barrier is a kind of non-tariff trade barriers of evolving from the eighties of the 20th century and a kind of main measure that a lot of countries are used to restrain other country from exporting the products. The Article explains the meaning of the green barrier and origin, which describes the main form of the green barrier and dominance characteristic. By introducing the green barrier system in U.S.A and state of agricultural product’ export of China, It analyses the states, characteristics of trade friction of Sino-America agricultural products further and comparative advantage. It also analyses the main form and kind of the green barrier in U.S.A. that influence the agricultural product export. Finally, the Article gives many measures to break through the green barrier, which include government's behavior and enterprise's behavior.
