灭幼脲的作用机理及其在林业害虫防治中的应用

【农业气象学论文】作者:杨荣萍 刘明辉 曾春 黄健生摘要灭幼脲为苯甲酰基类杀虫剂。以胃毒作用为主,兼有触杀作用。灭幼脲对昆虫的卵、幼虫、蛹、成虫都有一定的生物活性。灭幼脲可由雌虫摄入并传递给卵,影响胚胎发育期间几丁质的代谢,进而抑制卵的孵化。介绍了灭幼脲的作用机理,总结了其农林业害虫防治上的应用情况,以期为灭幼脲的应用提供参考。 关键词灭幼脲;作用机理;林业害虫;应用 AbstractDiflubenzuron(DFB)was a benzyl-insecticide with stomach and contact action. It has some biological activities on the egg,larva,pupa and adult of pests. It was reported that DFB ingested by the female transferred to the progeny eggs and affected the chintin anabolism during embryonic development stage and inhibited egg hatching. The mechanism of diflubenzuron and its application in control of forest pests were introduced,so as to provide reference for the utilization of diflubenzuron.
