气相色谱法测定杧果叶片中多效唑含量的研究

【农业经济方面的论文】作者:旷松 宋淑芳 农静海 李雄辉 韦爱琳 黄台明摘要以实例测定方式介绍杧果叶片多效唑含量的气相色谱测定方法,包括定性分析、定量分析和实例测定分析;定量分析采用标准曲线法,其线性相关系数为0.999 1,多效唑的保留时间为15.087min。改进了样品前处理方法,使其更为简便和适用,以期为具备类似条件者提供参考。 关键词气相色谱法;杧果叶片;多效唑;含量 AbstractThe experiment of paclobutrazol test in mango leaves with gas chromatograph was introduced,including qualitative analysis,quantative analysis and the test analysis as an example;standard curve method was adopted in the quantative analysis,the correlation coefficient was 0.999 1,the retention time of paclobutrazol in the chromatogram was 15.087 minutes. The improved method of sample front processes was more simple and pratical,hoping for reference to the researchers on the similar condition.
