RP-HPLC法测定平消片中马钱子碱和士的宁的含量

【动物中医学毕业论文】【摘要】 目的 采用反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)测定平消片中马钱子碱和士的宁的含量。方法 采用lichrospher C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm);流动相为水-乙腈(60∶40),每1 000 mL中含磷酸二氢钾3.4 g、十二烷基硫酸钠1.7 g；流速为1.0 mL/min；检测波长254 nm；柱温25 ℃。结果 马钱子碱在0.102～0.918 μg、士的宁在0.208～1.872 μg范围线性关系良好,相关系数均为0.999 9；平均回收率分别为101.07%(RSD=2.26%)、99.29%(RSD=2.79%)。结论 本方法操作可靠、精确,适用于平消片中马钱子碱和士的宁的含量测定。

Abstract：Objective To establish the RP-HPLC method for determination of Bruchine and Strychine in Pingxiao Tablet. Methods The lichrospher C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was Used as the stationary phase. The Mobile phase consisted of water-acetonitrile (60∶40) with 1.7 g sodium dodecylsulphate and 3.4 g KH2PO4 in 1 000 mL mixture. The Detecting wavelength was 254 nm and flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The column temperature was 25 ℃. Result The linear ranage of Bruchine and Strychine were 0.102～0.918 μg and 0.208～1.872 μg respec
