纳米细菌纤维素的制备及其超微结构镜观察

【中药学毕业论文】作者:朱昌来,李峰,尤庆生,陆松华,王庆庆,林琳,张天一【摘要】 制备细菌纤维素,观察纳米细菌纤维素的超微结构特点。用红茶菌做菌种,通过茶水发酵培养制备纳米细菌纤维素,利用扫描电镜、透射电镜观察其超微结构特点。结果表明:新鲜制备的细菌纤维素膜为无色透明胶冻状膜,表面光滑;经预处理后呈乳白色半透明胶冻状;扫描电镜下可见细菌纤维素膜呈疏松的网状结构,纤维素微纤丝从菌体胞壁小孔中分泌出来;透射电镜下,经负染后,在深色的背景中间可见浅色细丝状。说明细菌纤维素具有良好的纳米纤维网络特征,在生物医学领域具有良好的、广泛的应用前景。 【关键词】 纳米材料;细菌纤维素;超微结构;组织工程;电子显微镜 Abstract:To prepare the biomaterial bacterial cellulose (BC) and observe the characteristic of its ultra-structure. Red-tea fungus was used as the culturing strain, and nanometer biomaterial BC produced through fermentation of tea, then the ultra-structure of nanometer biomaterial BC was observed by SEM and TEM. Results showed that BC membranes that fresh prepared was smooth、colorless and jel alike and it showed translucence after pre-disposal treatment.
