纳米珍珠层粉的降解实验及其复合人工骨的生物相容性研究

【妇产科中医学论文】作者:汤勇智,陈建庭,赵成毅,徐俊昌【摘要】 [目的]研究纳米珍珠层粉的体内降解情况,及其所制得的复合人工骨的生物相容性。[方法]机械研磨法制得的纳米珍珠层粉及其与消旋聚乳酸复合制得的人工骨,分别植入大鼠股骨骨洞及股部肌囊,同时与微米珍珠层粉及其人工骨作对照,并建立空白对照。于术后当天及第2、4、8周分别作X线片检查,动物处死前予四环素注射活体荧光标记,处死后行大体、组织学及扫描电镜观察。[结果]各检查结果显示纳米组较微米组降解更快,骨缺损愈合也最快;2种材料制得的复合人工骨均与周围组织结合良好。[结论]纳米珍珠层粉在动物体内的降解速度较微米级的快,可促进新生骨的生长;纳米珍珠层人工骨生物相容性好,是更好的生物活性可降解材料。 【关键词】 纳米颗粒; 珍珠层粉; 降解; 复合人工骨; 生物相容性 Abstract:[Objective]To study the degradation of nanonacre powder and the biocompatibility of the composite artificial bone made from this nanoscale powder in vivo.[Method]The nanonacre powder made through mechanical grinding and the artificial bones made from this powder and PDLLA (polyD,Llactide acid) were implanted into the femoral holes and the femoral muscle sacs of rats respectively.Normal micronnacre powder and the artificial bones made from this powder and PDLLA were implanted as control
