药用藻类中多糖对双歧杆菌的促增殖作用

摘 要: 目的：探索藻类中药中多糖对双歧杆菌的促增殖作用。方法：在恒温条件下，以时间和多糖浓度为影响因素，了解不同藻类中多糖对双歧杆菌的促增殖作用，对其量效关系进行分析结果：实验结果表明在37℃多糖浓度在0到2％范围内，双歧杆菌数随多糖浓度的增加而上升；多糖浓度继续升高，则反而下降。结论：海藻中多糖在一定浓度下能很好地促双歧杆菌生长。
