| | 医学社会实践论文关键词:甲钴胺片;处方;正交设试验计;溶出度 【摘要】 目的医学社会实践论文 筛选甲钴胺片的医学社会实践论文最佳处方组成。方法 以辅料中的微晶纤维素(MCC)、十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS-Na)、羧甲淀粉钠(CMS-Na)、微粉硅胶(SiliciiDoxydum)作为考察因素,每个因素取三个水平,用L9(34)正交表安排试验,以甲钴胺片的溶出度为主要考察指标,以片重差异作为参考指标,进行正交试验[1] 。结果 辅料中影响甲钴胺片溶出度的主要因素是十二烷基硫酸钠,最佳处方组成为微晶纤维素(PH101)35g,十二烷基硫酸钠4.0g,羧甲基淀粉钠1.5g,微粉硅胶1.5g。结论 采用该处方及工艺制得的甲钴胺片溶出度较高,而且产品质量稳定,制备工艺简单可行,适合工业化大生产。 【关键词】 甲钴胺片;处方;正交设试验计;溶出度 Study on formulation and preparation technique of mecobalamin tablets 【Abstract】 Objective To select the optimum formulation technique of mecobalamin tablets. Methods The L9(34)orthogonal table and four factors (dissolution as main factor, weight difference as reference factor) were used to select the best formulation by taking MCC(HP101)、SDS-Na、CMS-Na and silicii doxydum as the four factors, and three levels were adopted for each factors. Results The experimental resultes indicated SDS-Na was the chief factor of influencing dissolution of macobalamin tablets. The optimum formulation was composed of MCC(HP101)35g, SDS-Na 4.0g, CMS-Na 1.5g and silicii doxydum 1.5g. Conclusion The optimum formulation and preparing technique are reliable. Becasue the quatily of macobalamin tablets accords with China pharmacopoeia standard. The preparing technique are simple and feasible, it is suitable for industrialized production. 【Key words】 macobalamin tablet; formulation; orthogonal experiment design; dissolution 甲钴胺(Mecobalamin)片是日本卫材式会社研制的内源性辅酶维生素B12衍生物制剂,主要用于糖尿病性神经障碍、多发性神经炎等周围神经病以及巨幼红细胞贫血等疾病。甲钴胺在多种病症的治疗中取得良好疗效,越来越受到临床医生的重视,其前景相当广阔。本试验以溶出度为主要考察指标,以片重差异作为参考指标,采用正交设计试验优化处方组成。 1 仪器与试药 1.1 仪器 Agilent1100高效液相色谱仪(美国安捷伦公司);流化床(德国GEA公司);S250/40压片机(德国KILIAN公司);AG285电子天平(瑞士梅特勒-托利多公司);ZRS-8G智能溶出仪(天津大学无线电厂);BGB-150C包衣机(北京航空工业研究所)。 1.2 试药 甲钴胺对照品(中国药品生物制品检验所);微晶纤维素PH101(湖州展望);羧甲基淀粉钠(湖州展望);微粉硅胶(湖州展望);棕色欧巴代(上海卡乐康公司)。
