Abstract:Objective To establish a method for determination of n-hexane in the air ofworking place by solvent desorption gas phase chromatography. Methods The expriments were conducted in laboratory and on the site according to<Standardard tech-nique for determination of toxic substances in the air of workshop>. Results The recovery rates of solvents desorption gas phase chromatographiy in determining n-hexane in the air of workplace were93.4%~96.1%and the minimum detection limit was0.5mg/m 3 .0.5mg/m 3 ;the relative standard deviation(RSD)of different solubility was0.4%~1.3%;Linear scope was0.0~892.8μg/ml;The coexistence of normal heptane and n-pentane with n-hexane in the air did not interfere with the results of determina-tion. Conclusion This method meets the requirement of<Standardard technique for determination of toxic substances in the air of workshop>and it is suitable for determination of n-hexane in the air of workplace. Key words:Air;N-hexane acetate;Solvent desorption Gas phase chromatography 正己烷作为溶剂,在涂料、皮革、制鞋、玩具、印刷油墨等工业上应用较广,虽属低毒性,但因具有高挥发性并可经呼吸道、皮肤及胃肠道吸收,极易造成职业中毒。近几年来,深圳市宝安地区发生了多起的正己烷中毒事故。目前检测工作场所空气中正己烷的国家标准方法为热解吸气相色谱法(GBZ/T160.38-2004) [1,2] 。本文方法与国标法相比:不需配备专门的热解吸仪;用二硫化碳做溶剂,解吸操作简单方便,提高了解吸效率和精密度;线性范围比较宽;样品在通风柜中进行处理,避免了二硫化碳危害。用本方法进行了现场监测,结果较好。 1 材料与方法 1.1 仪器 GC-17A气相色谱仪(日本导津)带氢焰离子化检测器(FID);N2000色谱工作站浙江大学智能信息工程研究所;RJ-1型热解吸器;活性碳管(内装100mg活性炭);2ml溶剂解吸瓶;微量注射器。 1.2 试剂 正戊烷、正己烷和正庚烷(均为色谱纯)二硫化碳(分析纯)。
