| | 药学论文下载 【摘要】 目的药学论文下载 测定20种中药饮片中芦丁的药学论文下载含量。方法 采用反相高效液相色谱法，以Hypersil GOLD柱（5μm 250mm×4.60mm）为分析柱，乙腈∶水 （加磷酸调pH至2.6）（8∶92～30∶70）为流动相，流速：0.8ml/min；检测波长为254nm，柱温30℃。结果 芦丁浓度在（0.0095～0.3800）μg范围内与色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系。结论 该方法简易准确，重现性好，在本色谱条件及样品处理方法下，可以准确测出该20种中药饮片中芦丁的含量。

【Abstract】 Objective To establish HPLC method for determination of the content of rutin in 20 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines.Methods The HPLC was conducted on a Hypersil GOLD column(5μm，250mm×4.6mm)with acetonitrile-water solution (8∶92～30∶70). The solution was adjusted to pH 2.6 with phosphoric acid and used as mobile phase with the flow rate of 0.8ml/min. The detective wavelength was set to 254 nm and column temperature at 30℃.Results The area under the peak of chromatography is very well correlated with the concentration of rutin in the range of（0.0095～0.3800）μg.Conclusion This method is simple and accurate. The experimental results are very reproducible. Under the conditions as stated in the method section， the rutin can be separated very well from 20 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines. The concentration of the Rutin， therefore， can be accurately determined.

芦丁，即芸香苷，是中药饮片中较多见的一种黄酮类成分，有抗炎、降血脂、抗病毒及维生素P样等作用。有关芦丁的HPLC测试方法已有很多报道［1～3］，笔者采用反相高效液相色谱法在50余种常用中药饮片中分离、检测芦丁成分，经在时间轴上（调节色谱条件以使出峰保留时间在10～35min范围内改变）反复与芦丁对照品比较，最后确认其中的20种中药饮片中含有较高的黄酮类物质芦丁。文献曾报道该20种药材中的8种含有芦丁［3，4］，但具体含量不详，笔者查阅国内有关文献，未发现在另12种药材中也含有芦丁的最新报道。实验结果可供有关科研和临床工作者参考。
1 实验研究
1.1 仪器和试药 Waters高效液相色谱仪，包括510泵，484紫外检测器，680梯度控制器。浙江大学N2000色谱工作站。
芦丁对照品（中国药品生物制品检定所），50种药材样品分3次每次50种分别购自浙江中医学院实验药厂、浙江省中医院和浙江中医学院门诊部。经浙江中医学院中药鉴定教研室陈锡林副教授和浙江中医学院实验药厂张云副主任药师鉴定并确认。乙腈为色谱醇，磷酸为分析醇，水为纯净水。
