【摘要】 目的西医学 教育论文下载 探讨民间药水八角的西医学 教育论文下载抗炎、镇痛作用。方法 采用小鼠耳廓肿胀法、急性关节炎模型和佐剂性关节炎模型、热板法和扭体法观察水八角煎液的药理作用。结果 水八角对急性关节炎和小鼠耳廓肿胀法有抑制作用，但对佐剂性关节炎没有明显的抑制作用，有一定的镇痛作用。结论 水八角具有一定抗急性炎症和镇痛的作用。

The studies on anti-inflammatory and analgesia actions of begonia pedatifida lévl

【Abstract】 Objective To study anti-inflammatory and analgesia effect of Begonia pedatifida Lévl.Methods To investigate anti-inflammatory by egg white， dimethylbezene and Freund’s adjuvant in mice. also investigate analgesia effect by hot-plate test(55℃) and antimony potassium tartrate-induced writhing test in mice. Results It was found that the swelling degree of rats feet induced by egg white，the mice ears oedema caused by dimethylbezene.It also reduced the number of writhing，as well as decreased the pain score of mice in the formalin test.Conclusion Rhizome of Begonia pedatifida Lévl has anti-inflammatory and analgesia effect.

水八角始载于《分类草药性》，来源于秋海棠科植物掌裂叶秋海棠Begonia pedatifida Lévl.的根茎。其味酸涩，性寒。具有清热凉血、消肿止痛、止血的功效。常用于风湿性关节炎、血栓性脉管炎、水肿、尿血、痢疾、支气管炎、咽喉肿痛、跌扑损伤、毒蛇咬伤等的治疗［1，2］。以“大半边莲”之名收入了《广西中药材标准》(1990年版)［3］。但其药理作用未见报道，为进一步研究开发民间民族药，本文对其进行了抗炎、镇痛的药理研究，现报告如下。
1 实验材料和仪器
1.1 动物 SD8号大鼠：由我校动物实验研究中心提供(约200～250g)。昆明种7号小鼠：由我校动物实验研究中心提供(约20g)。
1.2 药品 阿司匹林（石家庄神威药业股份有限公司，批号：000208），强的松（浙江医药有限公司，批号：000316），哌替啶（青海制药厂生产，批号：980517），弗氏完全佐剂（由我校动物实验中心提供）。
供试药的制备：实验药材采自四川省洪雅县，经笔者鉴定为秋海棠科植物掌裂叶秋海棠 Begonia pedatifida Lévl.的根茎。称取水八角200g，加水1000ml泡1h，加2000ml水煎煮1h，过滤后再加水2000ml煎煮1h，过滤，再加水1600ml煎煮1h，过滤，合并滤液，浓缩至2000ml。
