| | | 金黄色葡萄球菌滤液制剂（思复胜）提升白细胞的实验与应用研究
| | 中医学任少华1， 胡定国2， 马凤森2 【摘要】 目的中医学 观察金黄色葡萄球菌滤液制剂（思复胜）提升白细胞的中医学作用。方法 对含有SEC的思复胜注射液进行动物体内提升白细胞、体外增殖淋巴细胞实验以及对少量肿瘤患者的临床应用研究。结果 采用含4ng/ml以上SEC思复胜注射液，均可刺激小鼠体内白细胞的显著升高（P＜0.01）。＞5ng/ml剂量，可促进小鼠脾脏细胞及人外周血淋巴细胞的高度增殖。其效果较ConA（阳性对照）更好。人体应用试验证明：含SEC 12ng/ml的思复胜注射液每日注射2ml，30天内可避免使放、化疗肿瘤患者外周血白细胞降低，且有一定程度的升高，与放化疗前相比，统计学上差异无显著性，而与未注射思复胜注射液的放、化疗对照组相比，其外周血白细胞减少差异有显著性（P＜0.05）。含SEC的思复胜注射液可提升零星在家正在进行放、化疗肿瘤患者外周血白细胞数量，与已在放、化疗时白细胞数相比，其升高有显著（P＜0.05）或非常显著（P＜0.01）的差异。结论 含SEC的思复胜注射液对癌症放、化疗患者白细胞降低具有显著的保护作用。

Studies of experimential and application for Staphylococcus aureus cultures filtrate products（Si Fu Sheng）in promoting leukocytes

【Abstract】 Objective The test for promoting of leucocytes on mouse in vivo and proliferating of lymphocytes on human and mouse in vitro and clinic applied on some cancer disease for si fu sheng products of contain SEC.Methods There are some evidences that they can stimulate mouse in vivo leucocytes increasing remarkably.（P<0.01）by used si fu sheng at a dose of 4ng/ml（SEC） or more injection，while it deeply stimulating mouse spleen cells or human peripheral blood lymphocytes proliferation and differentiation by used a close of >5ng/ml（SEC） injection.Results The effects are better than ConA（positive control）.Clinic trials shows that they can hold back decrease of peripheral blood leucocytes of 31cases patients suffered from cancer after radiotherapy or chemotherapy，further more there are some increasing instead by injected si fu sheng 2ml/day with a dose of 12ng/ml （SEC）. There are no statistical differences （P>0.05） compared with patients before radiotherapy or chemotherapy，but there are remarkable differences（P<0.05） between using and no using si fu sheng （31 cases patients） on peripheral blood leucocytes decrease.Peripheral blood leucocytes number will step up to a remarkable（P<0.05）or highly remarkable （P<0.01）difference，for 12 cases piecemeal cancer patients with radiotherapy or chemotherapy takes si fu sheng 2ml/day injection compared with no using before.Conclusion These studies manifest si fu sheng injection can pull leucopenia of a cancer patients with radiotherapy or chemotherapy up obviously.

金黄色葡萄球菌滤液制剂是一种含有葡萄球菌肠毒素（SEC）的生物制品，而SEC又是一种外源性超级抗原（SAg）［1～4］仅需微量（纳克剂量ng）即可高效地刺激T细胞增殖。并促使机体释放多种细胞因子和产生细胞毒的作用［5～8］。体外细胞水平和动物体内水平的研究结果表明，作为SAg的SEC能够生产强大的杀伤或抑制肿瘤细胞效应［9～11］，故是一种很有潜能的新型肿瘤免疫治疗剂，并展示了良好的应用前景。曾已发现SAg的适当浓度还能对小鼠脾脏细胞及人外周血白细胞的激活使之增殖的作用［12，13］。近年，因各种因素或肿瘤患者在进行放、化疗过程中，外周血白细胞大量被杀伤，致使体内白细胞高度减少，并可出现一系列不良反应，而含SEC的思复胜注射液
