【摘要】 目的药学本科毕业论文 探讨除草剂丁草胺对泥鳅心肌的药学本科毕业论文生理毒性。方法 本文应用计算机生物信号分析系统，观察了除草剂丁草胺对泥鳅心肌收缩力和心率的影响。结果 表明丁草胺能显著改变泥鳅心肌的生理功能，使心肌收缩力减弱，心率紊乱。结论 本研究提示使用除草剂应注意环境保护。

The influence of herbicide butachlor on the myocardial activity of the loach
【Abstract】 Objective To inquiry into the physiology toxicity of the herbicide butachlor on the myocardial of the loach.Methods In this text,we applied calculator living creature signal analysis system,observed the influence of the herbicide butachlor on the myocardial contractility and heart rate of the loach.Results It enunciated that butachlor can change the physiology function of myocardial, making the myocardial contractility to die down,the heart rate messed.Conclusion It suggests that using the herbicide should notice the environmental protection.

丁草胺［2-氯-N-(2,6-二乙基苯基)-N-（丁氧甲基）乙酰胺］，又名马歇特、灭草特、去草胺、新马歇特、丁草锁、丁基拉草，为稻田最常用的化学除草剂，是目前我国用量最大、应用广泛的除草剂之一［1～3］。除草剂的应用，极大地减少了劳动强度，直接或间接地提高了农业生产水平。但是，除草剂作为一种化学药品，具有稳定性强、残留期长且难溶解等特点，可通过食物链的传递对生态环境和人类健康带来不利影响。泥鳅是农田中常见的鱼类，极易受到除草剂等农田污染物的毒害，是一种较好的环境污染指示动物。有关除草剂丁草胺对动物的毒性有过一些报道［4，5］，但丁草胺对泥鳅心肌活动的影响尚未见报道。我们应用计算机信号分析系统，观察记录了丁草胺对泥鳅心肌收缩力和心率的影响，探讨除草剂丁草胺对泥鳅心肌的毒性作用，为除草剂的安全使用提供有价值的资料。
1 材料
1.1 泥鳅 实验所用泥鳅160只，购于沈阳北行农贸市场，雌雄不拘。体重(26±5.2)g，体长(18±2.4)cm。
1.2 除草剂 实验用丁草胺［2-氯-N-(2.6-二乙基苯基)-N-（丁氧甲基）乙酰胺］，为60%丁草胺乳油，由大连孟山都公司制造。
