碳酸利多卡因与盐酸利多卡因在臂丛阻滞中应用

【西医 毕业论文】【摘要】 目的 观察碳酸利多卡因与盐酸利多卡因对臂丛阻滞的麻醉效果对比。方法 120例手外伤、前臂骨折病人；随机分为碳酸利多卡因组与盐酸利多卡因组进行腋路臂丛神经阻滞。结果 两组患者在麻醉起效时间、痛觉消失时间、肌松消失时间上差异有显著性。结论 碳酸利多卡因具有明显的优点，更适用于临床麻醉，从而提高手术质量。

The application of lidocaine carbonate and lidocaine hydrochloride in brachial plexus block anesthesia
【Abstract】 Objective To observe lidocaine carbonate anesthetic efficacy in brachial plexus block and the comparison with lidocaine hydrochloride.Methods 120 cases including the hand trauma and fracture of radius and ulna are divided into lidocaine carbonate group and lidocaine hydrochloride group, both the groups and given the brachial plexus block.Resucts The difference of the time that anesthesia goes into effect，the pains disappearing time and the muscle relaxing time of the two groups is significant.Conclusion&nb
