【关键词】 激光扫描;三维测量;基牙 Precision of abutment tooth model reconstructed by 3D laser scanner 【Abstract】 AIM: To evaluate the precision of the threedimensional (3D) laser scanner for scanning abutment tooth and reconstructing its model so as to offer some evidence for its application in CAD/CAM of oral prosthesis. METHODS: Five plaster supramaxillary abutment tooth models were scanned and reconstructed by 3D laser scanner. The 3D shape of the models was measured by Surfacer10.5 software and the plaster models were measured manually with vernier caliper. The data were statistically analyzed. RESULTS: The 3D laser scanner showed the better reliability and repeatability (r>0.75, P<0.05). There were no significant differences between the data acquired by scanning and manual measurement in the precision (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: 3D laser scanner is precise and reliable enough for reconstructing the abutment tooth model fit for the clinical application.
