Effect of aqueous extract from Ganoderma Lucidum on levels of serum insulinlike growth factorI in restraint stressed mice
【Abstract】 AIM: To investigate the effect of aqueous extract from Ganoderma Lucidum on levels of serum insulinlike growth factorI (IGFI) in restraint stressed mice. METHODS: The different doses of aqueous extract from Ganoderma Lucidum were given orally for 10 d in mice before restraint stress, and its serum IGFI was assayed by using the radioimmunoassay (RIA) after restraint stress for 20 h. RESULTS: The level of serum IGFI in restraint stressed mice given aqueous extract from 8 g/（kg・d）Ganoderma Lucidum before restraint stress was increased by 32% as compared with that in restraint stress control group (P<0.01). CONCLUSION: Taking orally aqueous extract from Ganoderma Lucidum could resist the decrease of serum IGFI due to restraint stress in mice, and could prevent or alleviate damages aroused by the restraint stress in mice.

【摘要】 目的临床医学论文： 探讨灵芝水煎剂对束缚应激小鼠血清胰岛素样生长因子I(IGFI)含量的临床医学论文影响. 方法： 以不同剂量的灵芝水煎剂给应激前的小鼠灌胃10 d，应激20 h后用放射免疫分析法（RIA）测定其血清IGFI的含量. 结果： 束缚应激前以8 g/（kg・d）灵芝水煎剂灌胃的小鼠，束缚应激期间血清IGFI含量比单纯应激小鼠增加了32% (P<0.01). 结论： 口服灵芝水煎剂有对抗应激所致的血清IGFI含量下降的作用，能预防或减轻应激给机体带来的危害.

0引言
灵芝自古被列为“扶正固本”、“滋补强壮”的精品药物，现代医学研究也证实灵芝对机体生理功能的影响有“扶正固本”式的调节作用，如平衡机体过强或过低的免疫功能［1］. 显然，这种调节作用对治疗以激素失衡和生理功能紊乱为主要特征的应激来说，可谓针锋相对、对症下药. 我们曾观察到束缚应激小鼠血清胰岛素样生长因子I（IGFI）含量明显减少［2-3］，本实验我们观察了灵芝水煎剂对应激小鼠血清IGFI含量的影响.
1材料和方法
1.1材料Balb/c纯系雌、雄性小鼠，鼠龄6~8 wk，体质量22~26 g，北京大学医学部动物中心提供. 羊抗兔IgG为北京大学医学部免疫研究中心自制品，人基因重组胰岛素样生长因子I(rhIGFI)和多克隆IGFI抗血清购自Promega公司，Na125I为中科院上海原子能研究所产品，硫酸鲱鱼精蛋白（纯度100%, Prolamine）和Iodogen购自Sigma公司. 灵芝（赤芝）购自北京同仁堂，产地山东，常规水煎2次，两次药液经纱布过滤后混合并浓缩至1 g生药/1 mL, 4℃保存，用时以生理盐水稀释.
