增光片中五味子醇甲的含量测定

［摘要］ 目的 建立反相高效液相法测定增光片中五味子醇甲含量的方法。方法 采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱，流动相为甲醇-乙腈-水（60∶5∶32）；检测波长为250nm。结果 五味子醇甲在0.0672～0.672μg范围内呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率为97.64%，RSD=1.21%。结论 该方法不仅操作简单、准确，且重复性好，可用于增光片的质量控制。

Content determination of schizandrol A in Zengguang tablets
［Abstract］ Objective To study RP-HPLC methods that determined the schizandrol A content in Zengguang tablets.Methods Schizandrol A was separated completely on an C18 column，using a mixture of methanol，acetonitrile and water（60∶5∶32）as mobile phase，with UV detection at 250nm.Results Schizandrol A has better linear correlation between 0.0672μg and 0.672μg，the results also have shown the recovery rate was 97.64%，RSD 1.21%.Conclusion The methods is very stable and accurate，and has good reappearance.It can be used for quality control of Zengguang tablets.
