秋季开学初期校园内集体上呼吸道感染的原因调查分析与对策

［摘要］ 目的 探讨开学初期学生集体上呼吸道感染的原、发病情况及预防措施，以利于做好师生的预防保健工作。方法 通过对校园内各有关部门及广大师生的调查，以及广泛的社会调查，掌握真实、可靠的第一手资料，对比分析开学前后2～3周发病情况及集体发病原因。结果 接受调查的学校在2006年秋节开学初期3周内，学生上呼吸道感染发病率高达47.39%，部分班级发病率高达60%～80%；同期当地三家医院就诊的青少年上呼吸道感染人数平均上升148.21%。结论 开学初期校园内集体上呼吸道感染，对我市师生的身体健康、教学活动均产生了较大的负面影响，应该引起有关方面重视；做好此期间学生的科普教育及预防保健工作是很有必要的。

Collective upper respiratory tract infection investigation：causes and countermeasures
［Abstract］ Objective To explore the causes of collective upper respiratory tract infection，the prevalence situation and the preventive measure in favor of completing teachers and students’ prevention public health work in the earlier time of school term.Methods Through the investigation of each department concerned and the general teachers’ and students’ in the school yard，as well as the wide spread social investigation，grasped the real，and reliable first material;contrasted and analyzed the arisen situation and the collective arisen causes 2～3 weeks before and after the earlier time of school term.Results At the initial 3 weeks，autumn in 2006，the upper respiratory tract infection disease incidence rate among the students in the school which accepted investigation reaches as high as 47.39%，the partial classes，grades and incidence rate reaches as high as 60%～80% above;in the same time the local three hospital received the medical examination of the young people about the upper respiratory tract infection equally increased 148.21%.Conclusion In the earlier time of school term，the collective upper respiratory tract infection is one of universal phenomenon，which threaten teachers’ and students’ health，the teaching activity is suffered from tremendous negative influence.It should cause the parties concerned to take emphasis on it;at the same time it’s necessary to complete student’s popular science education and the prevention public health work during this period.
