微波消解原子荧光法测定食品中的总砷

[摘要] 采用微波消解进行样品前处理,以硫脲+抗坏血酸为预还原剂,用氢化物发生原子荧光法测定食品中的总砷。通过正交设计,优化了样品消解和测定的条件,线性范围为2.0 ng/ml~20.0 ng/ml,回归方程的相关系数为0.999 5,方法的检出限为1.98 ng/ml,RSD为2.7%,回收率在94.4%~102.8%之间。 [关键词] 微波消解;原子荧光;食品;总砷 Determination of Arsenicin Foodstuffs by Microwave DigestionAtomic Fluorescence Spectrometry Abstract:The samples were treated by microwave digestion,and used thioureaascorbic acidproreducing agent,and the contents of As in the foodstuffs were determined by AFS.The condition of microwave digestion and analytical condition were optimized by orthogonal designing,The linear range of response was in the range from 2.0 to 20.0 ng/ml,correlative coefficient of linear regression equation was 0.999 5,the detection limit of this method was found to be 1.98 ng/ml,RSD`s found was 2.7% and the recoveries was in the range from 94.4% to 102.8%.
