腭裂术后语音训练探讨

［摘要］ 目的：尽快建立腭裂术后正确的发音部位与发音方法，去除过度鼻音，提高患者的语音清晰度。方法：对18例腭成形术后且腭咽闭合良好的患者进行语音训练。包括训练前后语音清晰度测试与评定。结果：患者语音清晰度从训练前的47.33％提高到训练后93.67％，平均提高45.97％，经t检验，差异具有显著性(P＜0.05)。结论：集中系统并辅以个性化语音训练，可以使腭裂术后腭咽闭合功能良好的患者，语音清晰度提高到与正常人基本一致。

A Study on Speech Traing Methods for Patient Foiling Cleft Palate Repair
Abstract：Objective To enhance the speech articulation，the postoperative patients need set up the correct speech position and speech mode，remove excessivenasality．Methods Supply speech training to 18 patients with velopharyngeal closure well palatoplasty,including articulation test and evaluation,before and after training．Results Through the speech training，patients’speech articulation improve from 47.33 percent to 93.67 percent，improve 45.97 percent on average．By the ttest，there is significant difference．(P＜0.05)．Conclusion Centralized，systematic and individual speech training may help the postoperative patientswith well velopharyngeal closure feckly improve their speech articulation to normal．
