血糖和糖化血清蛋白在急性颅脑损伤患者的检测价值

［摘 要］ 目的：分析水银柱血压计在计量检定中的常见故障和维修方法，为更好的维修保养水银柱血压计提供借鉴。 方法：统计与分析2006年度重庆市计量质量检测研究院对我院156台水银柱式血压计的检定报告和设备维修科的维修记录。 结果：虽然水银柱式血压计合格率高达98.72%，但是一次性通过检定合格率并不高，只有66.03%，其中需维修后合格的比例占总计量检定台数的32.69%。在维修过程中，又以玻璃管内壁有污物最多，占总计量检定台数的15.38%，其他的故障占17.31%。结论：加强水银柱血压计的日常维护保养，熟练掌握其维修检测技术，是保障水银柱血压计计量准确度的关键。

The Maintenance of the Sphygmomanometer Affecting Its Certified Rate in the Metrological Measurement
Abstract：Objective By analyzing the common failures and their repair to give more reference to the maintenance of the mercurial sphygmomanometer.Methods Analyzing the statistic of the maintenance records preserved in equipment department and the measure reports of 156 mercurial sphygmomanometer of ourhospital granted by Chongqing Academy of Metrology and Quality Inspection. Results Though the ultimate certified sphygmomanometer rate is 98.72%, the rate of oneoff certified sphygmomanometer is 66.03%, and about 32.69% sphygmomanometer need repaired before up to grade.In the sphygmomanometer repaired, the rate of the glass tubes conta minated is 15.38%, and the other failures rate is 17.31%.Conclusion The key to keep the accuracy of the measurement of the sphygmomanometer is to improve the maintenance of the sphygmomanometer and advance its repair and test technology.
