腹部闭合性损伤小肠破裂的诊治分析

［摘 要］ 目的：探讨腹部闭合性损伤小肠破裂的诊断及治疗方法。方法：回顾性分析40例腹部闭合性损伤小肠破裂的诊断方法与手术结果的关系。结果：诊断性腹腔穿刺率50%，腹腔透析的阳性率为45.5%，B超的阳性率62.5%。结论：早期诊断可提高小肠破裂的治愈率。

Diagnosis and Treatment of the Closed Abdo Minal Injury Induced Rupture of Small Intestine
Abstract： Objective To discus the diagnosis and the treatment of the closed abdo minal injury induced rupture of small intestine. Methods The diagnostic methods and surgical effects of 40 closed abdo minal injury induced rupture of small intestine were retrospectively analyzed. Results The positive rates of abdo minal puncture and abdo minal Xray were 50% and 45.5% respectively. The positive rates of BUS was 62.5%. Conclusion Early diagnosis of the rupture of small intestine can raise the recovery rate.
