PRP,BPBM联合GTR修复犬牙Ⅱ度根分叉病变的研究

【西药制药论文】【摘要】 目的 应用 富血小板血浆(PRP)、多孔牛骨无机材料(BPBM)和引导组织再生术(GTR)联合修复犬牙Ⅱ度根分叉病变,探讨其是否能增强GTR的疗效。 方法 人工构建Beagle犬下颌第一磨牙和第二、三前磨牙Ⅱ度根分叉病变模型,随机采用GTR/PRP/BPBM(实验组)或GTR(对照组) 治疗 ,12周后经组织学观察牙周组织再生情况。 结果 GTR组的新生牙骨质长度和新生牙槽骨面积分别为(57.7±7.8)%和(30.8±7.4)%,GTR/PRP/BPBM组为(76.3±10.1)%和(59.9±13.1)%,两组比较差别无统计学意义。 结论 在本实验条件下,PRP复合BPBM不能明显增强GTR对Ⅱ度根分叉病变的再生作用。 【关键词】 根分叉病变;引导组织再生,牙周; 血小板,血浆置换;疾病模型,动物 ABSTRACT: Objective The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of plateletrich plasma(PRP), bovine porous bone mineral (BPBM)and guided tissue regeneration (GTR) used in combination,compared to GTR alone in the treatment of grade Ⅱ molar furcation defects in dogs. Methods Class Ⅱ periodontal furcation defects model in six adult Bealge dogs were created surgically and subsequently treated with either GTR alone or a combination of GTR/BPBM/PRP.
