超细晶碳素钢Q235热连轧板显微组织的电子背散射衍射研究

【动物西医学论文】作者:李平和, 邓照军, 陈士华【摘要】 利用扫描电镜的EBSD( 电子 背散射衍射)附件,对大生产不同终轧温度下的碳素钢热连轧板中铁素体的晶粒尺寸,晶粒取向分类等进行 研究 。结果表明:在试验温度范围内,热连轧板的晶粒尺寸随终轧温度的降低明显细化,靠近试样表面均有细晶层,细晶层的晶粒也随终轧温度的降低而细化。随着终轧温度的降低,钢板中大角晶界增多小角晶界减少且表层更明显。表明终轧温度越低变形量越大,铁素体再结晶越充分。铁素体动态再结晶轧制,可最大限度地细化铁素体晶粒,而形变诱导相变转变所获得的铁素体晶粒要比无诱导转变所得到的铁素体晶粒细。 【关键词】 EBSD; 碳素钢; 晶粒; 晶界 Abstract: The grain sizes of carbon steel with different finishing rolling temperature have been investigated by EBSD. The results show that the grain sizes of hot rolling plates decreased clearly with the decrease of the finishing rolling temperature. Fine grains exist near the plate surface. As the finishing rolling temperature decreases, high angle boundaries increase and on the contrary the low angle boundaries decrease.
