硅油填充眼术后继发性青光眼的临床分析

【药学论文网】【关键词】 硅油填充眼；继发性青光眼［摘要］ 目的 探讨玻璃体切割硅油填充术后继发性青光眼的原因及处理 方法 。方法 168例玻璃体切割硅油填充眼，对其中的33例继发性青光眼病例进行 总结 、 分析 。探讨其发生的原因及处理方法。结果 本组继发性青光眼病例，通过及时对症处理，眼压均控制在<21 mm Hg。结论 玻璃体切割硅油填充术后继发青光眼是这类手术的常见并发症，早期预防，及时发现并正确处理会减少对视功能的损害。

Clinical analysis of secondary glaucomas after the surgery of vitrectomy and silicone oil tamponade
［Abstract］ Objective To probe into the cause of secondary glaucomas after the surgery of vitrectomy and silicone oil tamponade and to explore the proper methods of therapy.Methods The data were based on the 168 cases of vitrectomy and silicone oil tamponade，33 cases of which had secondary glaucomas.This paper analyzed and summarized the 33 cases of secondary glaucomas and tries to probe into the cause and the proper treatment method.Results With timely symptomatic treatment，the intraocular pressure was satisfactorily controlled in
