新型有机锗萘酚酯倍半氧化物的合成及其对体外培养癌细胞的抑制作用

【妇产科西医学论文】作者：周金辉 上官国强 王国华【摘要】 合成了两种新型有机锗化合物，即萘酚酯乙基锗倍半氧化物和萘酚酯α甲基乙基著倍半氧化物，用IR光谱、元素 分析 、1H NMR 研究 了它们的组成和结构特征；用MTT 方法 研究新化合物对体外培养PC3M细胞的抑制作用。结果显示，新化合物能够显著抑制PC3M细胞的增值，对细胞形态也产生了严重 影响 。进一步研究发现，化合物对细胞增值的抑制作用发生在S期，即细胞内DNA合成期，说明药物与细胞内DNA发生了相互作用。研究结果将为进一步系统研究有机锗的合成以及对抗癌作用机理的深入探讨提供重要的 参考 资料。

The Synthesis and Cytotoxic Activity of Novel
Organogermanium Sesquioxides with Naphthalene MoietyZhou Jinhui, et al (Department of Pharmacy, Jining Medical College, Rizhao 276826)Abstract Two novel organogermanium sesquioxides with naphthalene moiety were synthesized. Cytotoxicity measurements were performed with PC3M cell lines. The new compounds could inhibit cell proliferation obviously. Their anticancer activity could be improved by the introduction of planar aromatic chromophore moiety to the parent compound, Ge132.
